This is how we work
When you contact us:
- We will request that you prepare comprehensively for our first meeting, whether it be online, via phone or in person if necessary.
- Before the meeting, we will establish the basis upon which we will work together.
- Once we are satisfied that we can be of assistance, we will provide you with a quote for the first year's fee.
- If you agree, we will send you an engagement letter that includes our terms and conditions. If required, we will also include a non-disclosure agreement.
- Once we have reached an agreement and a deposit has been paid, we will request the necessary information to carry out the work.
- If we discover that our assessment of your work is inaccurate, we will notify you and amend our engagement letter and quote accordingly.
- Once we have carried out the work and confirmed your agreement, we will finalize the work and notify the relevant authorities.
